I'm unable to find my tickets! What should I do?
You may have your confirmation email resent to you by contacting us.
Where can I park?
Be sure to look for FREE parking in the adjacent city parking lots to the Tucson Convention Center courtesy of Marketplace Events. You can park in lots A, B & C.
Does one ticket give me unlimited access to the show?
No, individual tickets need to be purchased for each day of the show.
Are dogs allowed at this event?
No. We do not allow dogs at any of our events, with the exception of registered service animals or animals that are accompanying our vendors.
I'm looking for a specific exhibitor. How will I know if they will be there?
If you know the name, you can search the online exhibitor list.
Is there food available at the show?
Absolutely! The venue has concession-style food. There are also food trucks parked right outside the show floor.
Does attending a celebrity presentation cost extra?
No. Celebrity appearances and presentations are included with the cost of your ticket.

Wear comfortable shoes, bring a pen and paper to take notes, and have some cash on hand just in case a vendor doesn’t accept plastic (although most will).
